Dr. Renu Juneja has over 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical medical affairs and medical  communications across leading global organizations. Currently serving as the President of a boutique company ADPAL LLC, she advises consulting firms and agency partners on various aspects of medical affairs . She worked as a Head of Scientific Evidence & Communications in Oncology US Medical Affairs at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, delivering strategic impact through medical communications, publication planning, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
With expertise in medical strategy development, evidence generation, and integrated medical communications, Dr. Juneja transforms complex clinical data into compelling scientific narratives while driving data visualization and engagement initiatives. Her career includes senior leadership roles at Novo Nordisk, AstraZeneca, and Johnson & Johnson, consistently delivering excellence across oncology, diabetes, rare diseases, and cardiovascular diseases.
A recognized thought leader, Dr. Juneja co-leads the Tri-State Chapter of  MAPS and served as Co-Chair of the MAPS Annual Meeting in 2023. She is the lead author of the Medical Communications chapter in the MAPS Medical Affairs Textbook, the first comprehensive textbook on Medical Affairs written by and for Medical Affairs professionals.
